Lufthansa will buy 40% of Ita for 250-300 mln: sources
In memorandum purchase range between 20 and 40%

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, FEB 2 - According to a memorandum signed
between the Italian Ministry of Economy and Lufthansa, the share
of Ita Airways for sale "is between 20 and 40%," according to
sources close to the case, and the German group "will buy 40%"
of the Italian company for "250 to 300 million euros." (ANSA).
