Kyiv made requests for deterrence to avoid Moscow attacks

(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, JUN 20 - "If we want to get serious about
the grain crisis, we have to defend the ports in Ukraine: we
need military equipment, and Ukraine has already sent the
relevant requests to all its allies." So said Lithuanian Foreign
Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis arriving at the foreign affairs
council in
Luxembourg.
"The issue is to reach the right level of deterrence so that Moscow does not attack ports and grain: if we do this, we will solve the crisis much faster." (ANSA).
