(ANSA) - BELGRADE, NOV 9 - Relations between the US and Russia will remain negative regardless of the results of the American Midterm election, SAID Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, quoted by TASS. Peskov noted that Moscow is "scrupulously following" the results of the elections. (ANSA).
