(ANSA) - BELGRADE, NOV 11 - Germany's inflation rate, as measured by the change in the consumer price index (CPI) compared to the same month last year, was +10.4% in October 2022, according to the German statistical office Destatis. "The inflation rate in Germany reached a new high of +10.4%," says Dr. Georg Thiel, President of the Federal Statistical Office, adding that "the main reasons for the high inflation remain enormous price increases for energy products."
